The mandatory “Unboxing Inspection” video is your ultimate insurance policy. It’s the single best piece of evidence you can have to prove the damage happened before you opened it. No one wants a damaged bag, and this video ensures we can immediately verify the claim and get you a perfect replacement without any disputes.
The Video Must Be:
- Continuous: One single, unedited shot.
- Clear: Start by showing the unopened box.
- Complete: Film the entire opening process and the final inspection of the bag.

You must record a continuous, unedited video showing the following:
- Start: Show the unopened shipping parcel with the original shipping label clearly visible.
- Unbox: Clearly film the entire unboxing process as you carefully open the package.
- Inspect: Immediately film a slow, 360-degree inspection of the product, highlighting any perceived defect or damage.
Why the Video? This process creates an indisputable record that the damage was present before the bag was ever used or removed from its protective packaging, speeding up the verification and replacement process for your luxury item.
How to Initiate a Claim (if damaged)
- Gather Evidence: Ensure your “Unboxing Inspection” Video is ready.
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us within 5 days of delivery at support@baggitofashion.com.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number and attach the video evidence and clear photos of the damage.
If your claim is validated, we will promptly arrange for a replacement of the item or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items due to:
- Buyer’s Remorse.
- Damage incurred after delivery (e.g., stains, pulls, tears, or wear and tear from use).
- Minor variations in fabric color or pattern alignment, which are characteristic of luxury materials and not considered defects.
- Non Exchangeable Items will be specified on the product page itself.

How to Initiate Your Style Refresh
We’ve made the exchange process seamless and digital, so you can focus on choosing your new favorite.
- Login & Locate: Log in to your profile and navigate to the “My Orders” section.
- Select & Swap: Find the order containing the handbag you wish to exchange and select the “Request Exchange” option.
- Choose Your New Bag: Specify the new color or pattern you would like to receive.
- Confirm Fee: The fixed reverse shipping fee of ₹80 will be displayed and added to your total. You will be prompted to complete this payment.
- Reverse Pickup: Once payment is confirmed, a reverse pickup will be automatically scheduled for your original handbag within 1-2 business days. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Quick Note: This policy is for exchanges only (swapping for the same item in a different variant). If the product arrived damaged, please refer to the “Luxury Guarantee” section of our Return Policy, as that process is handled separately and requires video evidence.
